1) Initial Office Evaluation/ Consultation (60 - 90 mins) : $300

2) Follow up (30 mins): $150.00

Medication Management and Psychotherapy every 2 weeks to 3 months

Office-based Suboxone Therapy

Medication Management

1) Intake appointment: $300 which covers:

Psychiatric Evaluation

Assessment of opioid dependency, treatment planning and signing contract

Induction appointment (Starting Suboxone)

Visits within the first month.

2) Ongoing appointments: $150-300/ month

Follow-up & medication management: 1-3 visits/month

Random Urine or Saliva drug screen and pill counting

Drug Counseling

Important and required by law for suboxone therapy. Three options:
1) Work with your Substance Abuse Counseling service. Must sign a release for information

2) Group Therapy (1 hour) for 2-4 sessions/month by our Licensed therapists: $50/session

3) Individual Therapy (1 hour) for 2-4 sessions/month by Licensed therapists: $120/session
